I visited itsu regent street 313 for lunch and I was very impressed by the quality and variety of the food. The sushi was fresh and delicious, the noodles were flavorful and satisfying, and the soups were warm and comforting. The portions were generous and the prices were reasonable. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially Fjodor, who greeted me with a smile and made sure I had everything I needed. The restaurant was clean and modern, with a relaxing atmosphere and a convenient location. I would highly recommend itsu regent street 313 to anyone looking for a healthy, tasty, and fast meal.

I found an insect leg in the chicken noodles, in the bottom of the soup, sadly at that point I have finished the food, felt sick after I noticed the insect leg. I call the waitress over and shown her the insect leg quietly,in hoping she could see the problem,but she refused to admitted that was an insect leg ,she said that was a piece of onion and told me there will be no refund for me. Bear in mind I didn't even ask for a refund or anything,I was just pointed it out to show her there was a insect leg in the dish .I attached two photos here, don't know if people can see clearly or not as the pictures' quality wasn't great.
