I was having a lunch, the food was really good, and the service was amazing. They treated me really good and hats off to the staff’s working. It was really amazing experience and will come back again for the nice food.

Nice, place, we were served quickly. We mainly had cold food 3 boxes that we shared, along with a can of diet coke and 2 mochi =£30 (ouch!). What we did not realise was that the prices displayed are the ‘take away’ prices (I have learnt my lesson!!) The food was beautiful and there was lots of space to sit down. Toilets were cleaned but messy as there was water everywhere. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

I always love Itsu for food healthy casual food. Always fresh and delicious and veggie options delicious.Today I wanted to write this review specifically to bring to your attention the exceptional service from Ikram who was in the shop today, Saturday 3rd June midday. She went out of her way to really help me and I found her fantastic. She was working so hard and seems to be a real credit to Itsu.
