We visited today as a family of seven and arrived a little earlier than our booking, which was no problem.We have a coeliac in the family and continue to be reassured by how thorough Pizza express is to our needs. We have never eaten at this one before but they impressed me with their knowledge and double checked everything.Service and food was 10/10.Being able to eat out with a coeliac and just enjoy a normal family meal without the worry is priceless!Thank you.Dietary restrictions: Very knowledgable

Great family and friends meal (6 people) after a long day at Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park. All round friendly team of people and our Waiter/Host Silva was a credit to this branch - charasmatic, attententive and accommodating - he added to the the atmoshphere of our already fun day. Food was good as ever for Pizza Express.

We had a quick lunch/dinner in this place while shopping and the food was delicious. Service was great. The manager Amelia was lovely and very helpful. We definitely recommend it. We had lasagne and pasta with chicken and pesto. Delicious.

The service was extremely slow. It took about an hour for our pizza and kids pasta dishes to arrive. We chose Pizza Express because we were in a hurry and expected the simple food to come quickly, so it was frustrating. The pizza was actually delicious to be fair though. However the kids pasta arrived with a hair in it, and was also served at thermonuclear temperature.

Nice quiet location close to Oxford Street. Seating inside on 2 floors and outside.Has a much more intimate feel than the usual Pizza Express restaurants.Normal pricing, so great value for the location.

We are regular clients and we went today to this branch and we were not welcomed. The restaurant was half empty. They asked us if we had reservation, we told them we didn’t. We are regular clients as I mentioned and we had never been asked for it.And they told us that we had to wait 30 min to make our request. We are talking about pizza express not a fancy restaurant. And still the quality of service was not very good

Last night we visited this branch around 9:45pm. It was not busy. We sat outside as we saw menus on the tables and customers eating at one of their tables. We waited for 15 minutes ish. Two waiters came outside and ignored us. Then, I decided to go inside. We were told they were not serving outside, which seemed a bit strange to me, and we were offered a table inside. We ordered 3 Peronis and the waiter brought the large ones. I am a regular and I have also worked many years at Pizza Express, and I know either you offer your customers a choice or you bring the small ones. I asked the waiter to take one of the Peronis back because we did not need to drink so much. He argued that I did not order small ones. Then we ordered some food to start with. I was starving as I had finished work at 8pm; my pizza took 45 minutes to arrive. It was a Legera American Hot, which usually you serve with hot green peppers. It came with jalapeño, which are very strong for me at the moment as I am taking some medicines and I became sensitive to very hot food. I pointed this mistake to the waiter, who took the pizza back and put just some green peppers on top. I again had to ask him to please make a new one as I ordered. It took another 15 minutes to get the pizza I ordered. I was so disappointed. We had seen some customers been served before us, even though they came to the restaurant after us. He even did the checkback to other customers but never to us. I talked to the manager who did not seem to care much, and just said the she will investigate it. She could have investigate it at that moment... Of course, we did not order anything else after this incident and we left the restaurant with a feeling of frustration and disappointment after your low and appalling service.

I went there for a nice dinner and enjoyed it the wait time was very long but once the food came out it was very nice I ordered a Margarita Pizza and Dough Balls and they were very enjoyable not the warmest but not cold the Staff were kind and I would come here again
Fantastic service and the staff went out of their way to meet my disabled sons needs. Katie was particularly great, she really looked after us and made sure we have everything we need. Also great job from the guy who greeted us on the door and the chef who made our lovely food.

Great pizza express location! Came in for a quick lunch and came out of it really satisfied. Waiter (had a beard and dark hair ?) was rlly kind and kept checking on us for the order and everything, gave excellent service throughout! Had the garlic prawn, halloumi bites and dough balls, was all speedy out of the kitchen, and hot!Great experience would recommend.

So we went for the birthday party and Kush welcome us to the table and he had our order, my best friend had a birthday and the team help us a lot to feel comfortable. All food was so tasty and absolutely on time ! Thank you so much , definitely we will come back
