Online it says shop closes at 10pm. I got there at 9:35 and they wouldn't let me in saying they've closed. Either false advertising or staff closing earlier than they should!

Conveniently located store right at the entryway to Carnaby Street. Well spaced out seating, if you fancy a break from shopping, and don't want to cramp anyone else's style.Staff are really friendly and welcoming. The store itself, clean, well-lit and tidy.Worth flagging though, they ran out of oat milk when I visited. Who drinks coconut and soya? ?

Rude manager called Alex not sure if his real name. I was on the que send me back to end of the Que with no reason. Latte all bubbles not enough milk. Tost was not hot enough. Not again because treatment was

I pretty much go to this pret every morning to use my prescription. Staff is very friendly :)
Not only are there no toilets, but there are only about 8 seats in the entire place, so you'll be very lucky get a seat.

How is possible to operate and maintain open a business this typewithout toilets. And the employees if u ask a place where you can wash your hands they sent u to the neighbours. Disgusting, should not allowed to let operate this type of stablishements. Only in London.

I have been coming here for 7 months . Its very hit or miss .I work 5 days of the week and everyday go and get the same drink and every single day the staff making the drinks mess it up. Wether it's the wrong milk , not adding syrup, or giving me a cold hot chocolate. It is ridiculous that after 7 months they still cannot get the order right. Even today the blonde lady put my drink down and when I told her it was wrong she rolled her eyes at me and added the syrup. No customer service
