I’m from MaltaI have first time to visit London I came to the best place Soho and was hungry saw this place pret I came to but the food and the girl with fabulous smile and lovely face she give me help and try to understand me becose my language not very good. I would love to call out employee of this branch called Iulia for excellent customer service and creativity! She is such an asset to Pret team.I used to looove a product Pret has discontinued (lemon/ginger and pomegranate infusions). From time to time I ask if they have it in case it is brought back. Well no doubt this is one of the best chain café restaurants in united kingdom . Everything tastes good here and is also cheaper than other cafes . You can find pret within every 1 or 2 miles . They also have a monthly offer…ie pay 25 pounds and get upto 5 drinks (coffee or shakes ) each day for a month . I think no other restaurants give such a money saving offer with best service!So just try once ! I am sure u will come back
