I purchase online from Japan, but when I actually visited the store for the first time, I was impressed!The shop is small, but the entire wall is lined with cans of tea, and there is a wide selection of tea, and I was able to sample some. The store staff will also be happy to advise you and give you recommendations. It's located right next to the Piccadilly Circus bus stop, so be sure to stop by!

The shop is tiny but that's the best customer service I've seen in a Whittard store. There were 2 hot chocolates and 2 types of tea to try, all delicious. Great store.
