We had a very short time in London and wanted to have an authentic English lunch of fish and chips. This restaurant went out of their way to accommodate our party of six. The server did an excellent job, all the fish is local and I even liked the mushy peas. Thank you for an enjoyable lunch.
Terrific seafood in a central location. As good as the Covent Garden version which I loved too. Servers were friendly and attentive. It was not busy at all when I visited at 1pm on a Sunday. Very reasonable prices for such good produce and wine. Only critique is the battered cod could do with less time in the fryer - flesh was a bit chewy but still enjoyable. This restaurant has the most delicious garlic butter sauce I ever ate ? lobster and scallops are fresh and tasty ? definitely will come back to try their seafood pasta & fish and chip ?
