It is not the first time that we visited the local, wishing to have a better experience. However, every time that we come here we get disappointed. The staff is not nice at all and the kids menu (to say something) is so expensive for what it is... Just a tiny burger with chips, an a water bottle that is not even for kids! They are not allowed to give you empty cups to pour the water for your children... If you want to have a burger you better go to McDonald at Tandem. Staff is very nice and they got games for children.

Restaurant is not looked after, very poor service and super slow service with no staff to serve. Kitchen looked messy and staff don’t use don’t use gloves while preparing.
Horrible experience, order from Uber eats around 19 00h- they delivered someone else's order from 15 00h....very rude on the phone when I called to ask after the driver suggested it. Never anymore!

You should definitely improve your app. I've order through the burger king app and have to wait for my order over an hour and half. This is a bit ridiculous to be honest.
