This place is not as busy as the one I normally go to in London, I can understand why the food is not warm usually when I’m there. I like the staff, very friendly and always helping get the best deal possible. Very joyful and sometimes stressful staff. We must as a customer support them and encourage them, they have always did what I have asked and more. Cleaning the table or bringing the food to me and so on! They need respect! Ive always loved Burger King better taste than other providers .But my last visit around 22.00 on Thursday was disappointing.Wasnt happy with the service so laid back they could have been horizontal if seemed like an effort to be served (drive through) it seemed like the burgers were just slapped together spent over £30.00.Was not happy when i got home

We ordered online and when going to pick it up they couldn’t find our order. Once they finally did, the food was nice and hot - but it shouldn’t take 20mins. Hopefully just a one off issue.
