“I visited yesterday with my friend and was first time at a Carluccios! Food was standard chain italian food (like ask italin, pizza express and zizzi level) but still very nice! Clean utensiles and toilets maintained well.
Our waiter, Nishan was soooo lovely! Immediatley greeted with a smile and a good welcome! Nothing was too much trouble, very attentive and checked up on us inbetween meals to ensure everything was good! We were just chatting with him and he said he had only recently started but honestly he was so chirpy and helpful! Best of luck for the future Nishan!!”

“Maimoona definitely made our day today! She makes the best coffee ever in Cafe Nero. We had two salads, two flat whites, one cortado, and lemon cheesecake. And her coffees were the stars, undoubtedly! To me, Cafe Nero coffees were always overroasted or bitter until today. I recommend you ask for your coffee from her.”
