This branch of Starbucks is right opposite Wimbledon station - the drinks are quite well made and staff are always friendly and respectful. It can be so busy sometimes that the place gets quite dirty with windblown debris and stuff from uncleared tables. Hope Starbucks HQ gets a good cleaner and the manager gets to organise the outdoor seating area.My work colleagues and I had a good breakfast there recently. Not cheap, the hot chocolate was good. Coffee is ok. Service dreadful. Grumpy, not a smile in sight. There was a confusion about the size of a coffee and the response was essentially 'its your fault' with a disgruntled Eastern European charm. The other guy who handed me the coffee didn't even look me in the eye when I gave him a chirpy 'thank you'. No idea why but the people at Caffe Nero usually able to muster a smile, no idea what's wrong with the Starbucks crew.

Good Starbucks and gets the job done . The only thing bringing it down is sometimes it is extremely busy and the toilets and restaurant are often dirty and the service can sometimes be mediocre. Apart from that it’s just a regular Starbucks
