“Food was good and prepared fresh for a weeknight. Demand is good with a healthy queue, however 1x person on a checkout is dreadful. (I understand staff sickness and stuff can happen) however having the assistant manager on the till who looks shattered doesn't help service. Staff were barely coping getting food out ours was a bit delayed however was fresh and hot (credit where it's due). However short staff issues meant tables weren't cleaned and bins were overflowing. Not a great impression for families eating in.I give advantage to the fact my dad says this is not usually the case with the Colliers Wood branch. Taking that into account I believe I've been fair with this score.@KFC Colliers Wood. Please shape up guys, don't let experiences like this ruin someone's experience.Parking: May get busy be prepared to wait sometimes or park a little further out.Kid-friendliness: kids seating available (high chairs) and larger family tablesWheelchair accessibility: No steps, means it's accessible.”
