Food was good and prepared fresh for a weeknight. Demand is good with a healthy queue, however 1x person on a checkout is dreadful. (I understand staff sickness and stuff can happen) however having the assistant manager on the till who looks shattered doesn't help service. Staff were barely coping getting food out ours was a bit delayed however was fresh and hot (credit where it's due). However short staff issues meant tables weren't cleaned and bins were overflowing. Clearly understaffed / badly managed. Supposed to be a fast food restaurant, isn't it? 15 mins and they managed to get my basic order (3 items) ready - but they missed the drink completely. Took me another 3-4 mins to get that right. Won't

KFC, in general, is not as nice as it was years ago, but it is still quite tasty. It can often be dry. The drive-through at Colliers Wood is generally slow. I asked if they were short staffed, and the guy said no. So, I'm not sure why they take so long. I wouldn't eat the chips without a drink as they are quite a challenge to swallow. But I guess they are made from fresh potatoes.
