“Visit once or twice a month for breakfast on my way to work. In general the staff have been nice, and food is sometimes a little on the sloppy side but still tastes good. When there’s too many Deliveroo people waiting the staff can get a little grumpy with other customers.”

“Food was good and prepared fresh for a weeknight. Demand is good with a healthy queue, however 1x person on a checkout is dreadful. (I understand staff sickness and stuff can happen) however having the assistant manager on the till who looks shattered doesn't help service. Staff were barely coping getting food out ours was a bit delayed however was fresh and hot (credit where it's due). However short staff issues meant tables weren't cleaned and bins were overflowing. Not a great impression for families eating in.I give advantage to the fact my dad says this is not usually the case with the Colliers Wood branch. Taking that into account I believe I've been fair with this score.@KFC Colliers Wood.
