Nice enjoyable food to eat and pleasant atmosphere

Popped in on the off chance, busy Friday night too. The food was nice, spicy, and fresh tasting. Food service was just right. Liked the free drink refills. Busy, and staff were also very polite and helpful, personal touch. Highly recommended.

Awful and lazy service from the staff. Rude and wouldn’t give us an option to move seats as we were just “two”, however one customer soon came in after and was seated on the bigger table we requested. Other customers were also given the choice for seating so unsure why we weren’t. Second time I’ve visited this branch and the staff have been unhelpful & rude. I’d suggest hopping on the district line to the East Putney branch or other neighbouring branches where the service is far better.

Good to go if you like fried chicken.Chicken is good but the portion of the side dish is quite small.

I was quite lucky to get a table here for me and my colleagues as we’d arrived on Valentines night but we managed to get a table upstairs which was nice.Ordering was difficult though. I am not sure if there was an issue with the WiFi in the restaurant but to order from the table we had to download the Nando’s app and that took a while. Then two of my colleagues food arrived a long time before mine and they had actually finished their meal before mine arrived. After trying unsuccessfully for some time to get a waiter’s attention, eventually one came over and politely asked if I would like him to check where my meal was. He then returned with my food.I had ordered the half chicken with a side of Peri fries and coleslaw. The food itself was delicious, the chicken was succulent and spiced ‘hot’ which is what I asked for. I was very happy with the food. The restaurant is very pretty and quite chic looking although I’m not a fan of having to go and get my own cutlery and napkins, drinks and sauces etc. That seems to be becoming more popular in restaurants though so perhaps it’s just me.I think the overall experience would have been better if I had gone on a different night (it was very busy) so I will go back again in the future. Overall Nando’s is worth visiting, the food was lovely. Thanks for readingParking: There is a paid parking lot nearby

The food was as expected but it took an hour for our food to arrive. The kids were getting quite irritable for waiting so long.Let's face it, Nandos isn't cheap, for it to take an hour was not great. Also the restaurant was freezing!!!Parking: There is no parking lot attached to the restaurant, you need to find paid parking in city centre carparks

Terrible service.Stacking chairs in restaurant as we sit down from ordering food and processed to clean tables and close up around us dining.Rude staff!!

TLDR: Good food, bad manager.I asked about why our food was taking long as 4 other tables that not only sat after us but weren’t even in the queue when we first got in had their meals delivered, said he (manager) would go check. Came back told us we had only ordered just 8 mins ago and trying to shift blame on us implying we were being irrational, then proceeded to jokingly offer what was left in a sauce pot on the table(?!). I checked the timestamp of our order was in fact 35+ mins, and was told another excuse, this time patronisingly, saying it was an issue with their system (saw someone raised it in another review and why they haven’t fixed this, seems like they still haven’t) and kept repeating if I understood. This is despite the fact drinks came when we ordered so not sure how it was now the systems fault.Instead of trying to shift blame and finding excuses, I’d recommend just a simple “sorry about that, let me go check” and coming back with a “oh it’ll just be another x minutes, sorry for the delay”. Outside of this, the waiter and food was terrific, but because of the manager, won’t be going back.

They gave us tap water without having to ask. It has never been done before in the history of Nandos. It's the small details! And the chicken here tastes better than other Nandos I've been to. It could be in my head but I'll stand by it

App was straight forward for ordering. Order then kept being moved. After waiting over an hour and 15min I called up Nando’s Wimbledon to get an update. Lady who answered was not friendly / professional. When enquiring about order delay I was told waiting times can be over 2hours for deliveries. I explained if the app had notified this at time of placing order I would have walked to the Wimbledon branch to order and take away and not order through app as per normal. She said let me get my manager. Got passed on to another person (not the manager) and then they killed the call when calling out that the manager will be needed - the 2nd lady did not even ask what my equiry was about as 1st lady could not have told her about my enquiry in the 5sec phone was passed over.In all the years of being a Nando’s customer both eating in and or ordering through app have I ever experienced such bad customer service. The food on arrival was cold after I was assured the food will be warm and to not be concerned due to waiting time being moved. On top of it all my chicken was burnt and there was hardly and meat on the 1/4 chicken drumstick portion I got. I hope this gets passed on accordingly for an apology / perhaps voucher to make up for poor quality of service and food received!!!! ???

Disappointed with my experience as I've been turned down twice due to a lack of food supply. Consistency is crucial, and this inconsistency has left me dissatisfied. Hoping for improved reliability in the future.

Not the greatest Nando’s I've been to. Need to deal with the fly situation, little fruit flys floating around your face whilst eating. Found the sunset burger to be disappointingly small and unfilling.

On Christmas Eve I wanted to go to Nando's in wimbledon. A lady has welcomed me at the door and let me know that their frier for the chips isn't working. Honestly, I never had the situation where the restaurant employees wanted to make me aware of something before having a seat and ordering at a restaurant. I really appreciated that, it is a great example of improving client loyalty. I have been to Nando's many times before, great atmosphere, great service and food quality for the price.
