Ordered a slice of cake which was tasty, however the service is poor. Customers are kept waiting at the till while the dishes are washed. An additional staff member should be employed or a dishwasher could be purchased to avoid customers having to wait 10+ minutes at the front of the queue.
Very tasty matcha latte! They have plant-based milk options. I really liked the place since it was super quiet, nice to read or work with the laptop by yourself, and the staff makes you feel very comfortable and welcomed. Bit pricey but good selection of cakes (all £5.70). My mango cake was very tasty. Service wasn’t great; staff forgot about my order and needed a reminder. Note, the store name is Japanese and there’s Japanese writing on the menus, but the owner and staff are Korean and background music is K-pop. No issue with that but surprising.
