The main floor was clean and nice, however the upstairs floor/tables were really neglected, as most people wouldn't see it. Really needed a clean!

Overall: ★★☆☆☆Not the exactly the flagship Starbucks. This cold, dirty and unclean Starbucks is however conveniently located directly opposite Wimbledon station. It’s very transient in feel which isn’t very nice and the staff not particularly into their jobs. Not some where you’d consider a destination of any sorts to meet someone for a coffee and catch up.Starbucks is often reviled about their coffee but it’s actually very good to be fair especially the Blonde Roast. What is terrible is their food. Their plastic wrapped croissants are a disgrace. (Yes, they arrive in plastic and are unwrapped for show)Food: Coffee with run of the mill substandard ‘pastries’What I liked:• Coffee (blonde roast Americano)• Location directly opposite Wimbledon stationWhat I didn’t like:• Untidy, bordering dirty set up• Busy, cold atmosphere• Understaffed• Indifferent service• Heavy on the smokers lingering outside• Filthy tablesDo I recommend going? NOT REALLYWill I go again? PROBABLYWas it good value? YESPrice Point: $Parking: No parking at all. A couple of spaces (if you’re lucky) around the corner.

Out of all the Starbucks we went to in London, this one finally made a decent coffee that wasn't watered down! Nice big place with lots of seating!

I was at Starbucks recently and the service was very good and quick, as expected from Starbucks. However, the cleanliness of the place was terrible! It wasn't very crowded and even so, at no point did I see any of the employees offering to clean the place, lots of papers thrown on the floor, food on the floor, several mugs scattered across the tables. I went there to have a coffee while studying for an hour, but I found the environment so dirty that I decided to leave before my coffee was even finished...

Had to remake 2/3 drinks twice which took twice as much time it should. Overall service could be improved and i probably won’t come here again

Average coffee, good space, staff never get my name haha

The state of the toilets reflects a severe lapse in cleanliness standards and staff care. This place should probably be shut down and demands immediate attention, including a comprehensive health and safety review ?

Disappointed. Never had issues with coffee at Starbucks before. Cappuccino tasted like water with washing powder. Quality and quantity both disappointing.

This branch of Starbucks is right opposite Wimbledon station - the drinks are quite well made and staff are always friendly and respectful. It can be so busy sometimes that the place gets quite dirty with windblown debris and stuff from uncleared tables. Hope Starbucks HQ gets a good cleaner and the manager gets to organise the outdoor seating area.My work colleagues and I had a good breakfast there recently. Not cheap, the hot chocolate was good. They also do a lovely macchiato. The ham + cheese croissant and egg bites with roasted peppers and spinach was average. Bacon, gouda and egg sandwich scored better.
