Cafe • “Arrived on my own for a quiet bite to eat and drink. Dawn couldn’t do enough for me: got me a quiet space, brought food and drinks round and checked in to make sure all was ok. The pizza was beautiful and even got offered to take leftovers for office lunch tomorrow. Highly recommend for that ‘local’ experience in they city.”

“I went into costa today and was taken care of by the loveliest of servers. I couldn’t catch his name but he made my experience memorable, this branch is by far my favourite. The place is incredibly clean and well kept, my order was perfect with absolutely no complaints. I like to have my peach tea with extra syrup, no one ever gets it right but this time it was perfect and I didn’t need to say no ice. It’s the smallest things that make the biggest difference. I will definitely be coming back more often now. The service was impeccable, I felt as though I was at a luxe café.”

Lovely guy, very polite to everyone and despite a very long queue, greeting everyone separately without any sign of being stressed and I'm sure it's not easy to serve so many people.Clean place and served quickly. Seating is upstairs and considering it's a small Costa, there are plenty of seats.”

“Top place for a hearty breakfast , a nice latte or a quick nibble.We stayed at a hotel nearby and didn't sign up for breakfast there, but instead we walked a few minutes to have a feast at Grounded.Amazing service, team is A-OK and food is delicious !!Would 100% go back anytime !”
