The staff are really friendly and understanding with one's quirks (aka all the changes to their coffees), they really listen. If you like coffee from Costa it is worth getting yours in this shop. Other cafes in the area are more expensive.
Fantastic for a break away. Fast and friendly service with a smile including recommendations on coffee's/cakes etc. Small seating area upstairs but never had an issue getting a seat, nice get-away from the hussle, bussle and stress of city and hospital life.

Served by Hassan. Lovely guy, very polite to everyone and despite a very long queue, greeting everyone separately without any sign of being stressed and I'm sure it's not easy to serve so many people.Clean place and served quickly. Seating is upstairs and considering it's a small Costa, there are plenty of seats.
