Everything else at KFC Whitechapel Liverpool Street Station makes sense except the fact there is no actual dine-in. People are made to eat outside in the cold, which I think is ridiculous.If a few seats can be provided inside the venue for usage instead of outside, then they get a 5 star ? from me, but until then, they get 3 stars ? The chicken wrap (grilled) was quite tasty and I loved the hot chocolate, it had a good amount of milk the way I like it.Kid-friendliness: Kids are allowed in, and they have a special menu.

Absolutely horrible food and portion size. I came in today 19/12/23 and ordered 2 mega boxes at 6:30pm and when received the food I noticed that there was barely any chips! It was like around a good 15 chips in each boxes and it didn’t even reach half the inside of the box let alone fill up the box. Very disappointed with the portion of chips. I remember a month ago when I ordered on Uber eats from very same branch and I had ordered 2 small fries. THEY WAS LITERALLY EMPTY WITH NO MORE THAN 5 FRIES IN THE BAG. I don’t know why this branch is VERY stingy when it comes to portion of fries it’s not acceptable. I am spending moneys worth of food. Furthermore the chicken in the mega boxes tasted absolutely disgusting. I felt like it was over cooked and not enough care was put in when frying the chicken. I’m very disappointed with this branch!

Very disappointed to say is this KFC or an asian family chicken shop! Where exactly is the manager?! Doesn't he train his staff's on how to deal with customer service. It's not the first time being disappointed with the food here. Chicken was burnt, dry and I only got 7 chips the gravy was half. Never going back. There's a chance getting food poisoned.

I tried Ginger burger bt i didn’t get any ginger flavour or anything like that too recognise that its really ginger burger.Also other chicken chips shop wings is better then their wings.

It's always been a good experience in terms of the good food and convenience but I had a situation once where I was in a hurry and for some reason my order kept being skipped for people who were coming in after me to the point where my number was no longer on screen. They apologised however and I got to enjoy a well-made meal.
Ordered from Just Eat. Order not delivered correctly and took forever. All stone cold and inedible. Order 2 fillet box meals No gravy with either box 1 box had a chicken fillet with the gristly bit left in the middle rather than a piece of chicken Both fillet burgers were not fillet burgers they were zinger burgers which we don’t like and didn’t order. Total rip off presumably thinking people are drunk and won’t notice. We aren’t and we didn’t! All went in the bin and have requested a refund

Counter staff love processing in house orders before app ones. Really annoying watching them shunt off 5 orders placed after yours.The atmosphere in store is terrible. Due to location there are always beggars entering the shop to harass customers.Sort it out yea

Very Bad Service . Waited for 20 minutes when the food was ready for collection on the display tv and also I was asked for Dine in and didn’t receive and tray and disposal plate which KFC used to have. Also my order was one short of Strips which should be 8nos was only 7nos . I came to note because I ate from the restaurant or else should I need to come back all way from home to restaurant. Please need to double check the order and confirm. And if we asked for the short it’s feel bad by the staff and checking by we lied. I asked because I paid . I had the same bad experience from East Ham KFC.
