It's always been a good experience in terms of the good food and convenience but I had a situation once where I was in a hurry and for some reason my order kept being skipped for people who were coming in after me to the point where my number was no longer on screen. They apologised however and I got to enjoy a well-made meal.
Very Bad Service . Waited for 20 minutes when the food was ready for collection on the display tv and also I was asked for Dine in and didn’t receive and tray and disposal plate which KFC used to have. Also my order was one short of Strips which should be 8nos was only 7nos . I came to note because I ate from the restaurant or else should I need to come back all way from home to restaurant. I tried Ginger burger bt i didn’t get any ginger flavour or anything like that too recognise that its really ginger burger.Also other chicken chips shop wings is better then their wings.
