“Quite surprised and honestly a bit shocked — by how much Starbucks has improved! They’ve really stepped up their pastry game. Everything looked fresh and actually tasted great, which is a big change from before when the pastries were often dry and the food selection was pretty limited. My last visit was such a pleasant experience. Amazing coffee as always, and the staff were incredibly kind and lovely. Really impressed!???

I was disappointed with my recent visit. One of the workers (not Alino) greeted a dog and allowed it to lick her hand. Immediately after, she applied hand sanitiser but then went on to prepare my food. I understand that some people may be comfortable with dogs, but as a customer, I found it concerning from a hygiene perspective. It didn’t feel appropriate or reassuring to see that happen just before my food was handled. I hope more care is taken in the future to maintain food hygiene standards.

I barely get to see my family due to my job and we decided to treat ourselves this sunday. I've been to this branch before and I gave Mariya the benefit of the doubt the last time i was here that maybe she is having a bad day but this sunday i got served by Mariya again and she was very hostile and just seemed to not want to take me and my family's order. I forgotten to order something too and had to go back to the till to order again and Mariya's expression was disgusting like i was annoying her by ordering again. Alina on the other hand was lovely and kind even though she was making every customer's order by herself but still managed to smile and give great customer service but unfortunately our experience was already ruined by Mariya's horrible attitude.

Seems so hard to get decent coffee and service these days around London. The Muswell Hill branch I thought may have been better but was left feeling underwhelmed by the service, the waitress felt like she really didn’t want to be there and lacked any enthusiasm to serve. The coffee was dismal also and matched the atmosphere and the cold wet British weather that it was today. Note to management, motivate your staff after all you charge us a fortune for coffee and if you’re not paying them well it’s no wonder they turn up to work feeling down and depressed.

I have been coming to this Starbucks almost every day, including weekends, for the past two years since moving to the area. The team here are always so friendly, welcoming, and hardworking, it’s hands down my favourite branch.

Even during the busy summer months with long queues, they stay professional and keep things running smoothly. I’ve seen a few rude customers over time, but the staff handle those situations with such patience and grace!

I have never had a bad experience here and would 100% recommend this branch to friends and family. The team really make it a great place to visit!

This has been my go-to place for the last 3 years, and I love the staff. They are friendly and sociable. However, for the last year, there have been a lot of issues with the toilet as it is constantly spreading a smell or just blocked. It's not the staff's fault, but it's definitely a big factor that should be fixed. A cafe must definitely have a clean, functioning toilet.

I went this Monday and i pay £10 bill got exchange of £5 bill and when i use the next day to M&S they found its fake i went today Wednesday to return and inform them what happened the staff there looks upset that she thinks i came there to lie and have a £5 and talk to manager and the rules that they will never exchange like that even though they don’t have a machine to detect fake money and the fault of them leave the fake £5 to themNot very helpful staff even the manager unlikely to the M&S staffs and manger who assisted me well explain nice and showing their concernSo disappointing and to upset for the service
