Came in for a coffee 5 minutes ago. It's 4.35pm now.Just been told they're closing in 5 minutes.Odd as it says 6.30pmStaff member seems far more interested in the drama of a delivery arriving "oh my god, oh my god!" to acknowledge the customers.Unbelievably unpleasant to the guy making the delivery.Certainly won't be coming back.

The worst costumer service I have ever experienced at Starbucks!!!!I’ve been popping in for coffee every morning for past week as working near by and it’s on my way to work from station and from day one I could see that none of both girls working there each morning doesn’t show professionalism especially girl serving at the till that has very strong build body. They are very rude and more interested in having conversations between themselves than serving and taking the right orders. This morning I’ve ordered oat cappuccino but I’ve got hot chocolate and that’s fine as things like that can be easily fixed while being apologised but instead I was humiliated by the server saying multiple times ‘she said oat hot chocolate’ like it was my fault so after this I’m done with this place!

All the staff here are so lovely but I wanted to say a massive thank you to Sophie (fluffy) for her amazing customer service… not only does she always have a smile on her face but she really pays attention to every customer and makes you feel special. She memorised my drink and sometimes makes it for me even before I had reached the till, so so sweet and appreciated always. It’s always the little things ….Thank you again Sophie, keep being the amazing you!A <3

Nice place to relax and the great coffee is certainly a bonus after a heavy shop but found charging to be an issue and often . Customer service department are certainly limited with assistance.
