It is usually a good place and despite being busy, service is usually quick.This time they did get my order wrong, despite repeating it to me and reading the exact order when handing me my drink. It doesn’t bother me once in a while however and this was the first time.
Conveniently located at Sainsbury's on Wandsworth Road. I use this on a weekly basis to get my hot chocolate fix with peppermint syrup. Service is good and my hot chocolate is fab. I can't comment on the other foo, as I haven't had anything else from them lately.Last week when I was there, when it was super cold, I asked a member of staff whether they could close the door, as it was super cold on the outside and the only seating available was by the door. All the staff here are so lovely but I wanted to say a massive thank you to Sophie (fluffy) for her amazing customer service… not only does she always have a smile on her face but she really pays attention to every customer and makes you feel special. She memorised my drink and sometimes makes it for me even before I had reached the till, so so sweet and appreciated always.
