If you enjoy standing in a line for 15-20 minutes while the person on the till flaps around aimlessly looking for a way to process a packet of mints then this is the place for you. Surely as a company that makes profit from items that require high volume turnover you'd make sure a) the people on the tills know what they're doing b) the ability to scan an item without delay and c) a manager who is employed to help execute above mentioned as oppose to just stand there staring at the long que. Apart from that the coffee is ok.

Dogs aren’t allowed in the shop as I have been told to leave with my dog. So I had to leave with my food and drink.Plus they didn’t know what pup cup is.That’s how Costa keep their customers and build trust with their clients ?Starbucks is pet friendly and give big pappuccino for dogs.

I burnt my tongue ?...... ?Dammmm those insulated cups that are also bad fpr the environment.Bring your own cup.... it works out cheaper and not only that you'll be more able to tell how hot the coffee is inside.
