This is the worst McDonald's for online orders.I've made three orders with them and there is something wrong every time. Ordered a Big Mac and Ended up with a Fillet o'fish. Ordered Pancakes, Sausage a Syrup but got Pancakes, an egg and a pot of butter. Ordered a Big Mac meal that came without the Big Mac.Not to mention that the food is always cold and condiments are never included.If you're missing anything then you can call for a refund in 15 days,unless you use reward points which means you're out of luck. ?♂️

Low pay wages zombies always forget something in your order. If you are unlucky to talk to the manager, the polish girl, she will threat you with “I will call security”. The only person nice in that restaurant is the Indian man that always smile to everyone, the rest pure rubbish and rude… we all work in low pay jobs, including me for nearly four years, but when a mistake happens I didn’t even spend a time to clarify nothing or to argue, I use to get on my foot and fix… do the same m.o.r.o.n.s

McDonalds Finchley Lido has a lot of Eastern European racist workers. They looked at me when I walked into the restaurant like I was the most disgusting thing they have ever seen. On another occasion I ordered a hot chocolate with my rewards and the Eastern European worker who served me looked like she resented handing me my order. The workers there are scum.This is the worst McDonalds.Warning! Every brown and black person never go there.If I could put zero star I would.Parking: Good parking available.

I just ordered food for delivery and received only the drinks. I informed them about it and asked them a refund or a redelivery but they are completely unhelpful, it is what it is dont even hope about anything if the driver or the staff made a mistake you will not get the food what u just paid for. ive ordered using mcd app. two burgers with two sides and they didn’t add one of the burgers to the order. Tried calling them but nobody answered. Uber Eats is trying to resolve this. Its not a big deal for one burger but how do u even mess such simple order?!

A 25 minute wait for a McDonalds’ drive thru’. It was more like a parking lot. I was a 5 minute drive from there and everything was cold (except my drink). We all know McDonalds is the very essence of junk food but they seem to have graduated to nasty & insulting. Trash.

Yo i been here before with my mate late night after watching a movie and I was shocked when i saw that this mcdonalds (like all mcdonalds should) closes late since everything in the uk closes ridiculously early. rn i came home late after work and my misses wanted a meal so i ordered mac and suprise its the mcdonalds from long before. didn't pay any matter to it but bro when the food came... this sh!t was made with love man, this is tasty as hell and they even gave us a small fanta on the house since we spent like 35£ bro say whaaaat amazing guys love you keep up the amazing work
All were good except the temperature. it was a cold day and inside temperature was cold to. Couldn't have a good time. Had to leave straight away.

More of time we visit to use self till machine to order, always running out paper this branch. Last Sunday lunch we ordered burger, apple pie and ice cream, our order number didn't show on screen was preparing or ready to collect. Their screen on ready to collect was blank. I asked a female manager she said to wait without asking order number. I waited a little while, my order still not ready for collection. I asked another a female staff, she said to wait even without asking my order number. I have been waiting for at least 20 minutes for burger, apple pie and ice cream. They found my order already on the counter about 10 minutes ago. My food was cold and ice cream was melted.

We were at the drive thru and we were told there was a system update occurring and would take approx 4 mins.20 mins later we were still waiting.We requested just a latte as my friend had a long journey and wanted to stay awake.We were not even offered food or drinks.I also work in customer service and have to say that this was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.We only ordered about £10 worth of food and drink.You would think that after waiting 20 minutes we would’ve been given at least a complimentary coffee for the inconvenience.Perhaps staff require further training on good customer service.
