This is one of those McDonalds that is run like a finely tuned and oiled machine! I love the customisation options these days. For me the extra sauce on the fillet makes a world of difference, but guys why cant we order a extra fish steak in the sandwich? In Canada i was able to order a double fillet o-fish and it was incredible? If those Canadians can do it then so can we UK!!! Eyy?I must say although i do like this high-street McDonalds, i only go in the evenings and late at night as the parking during the day is a bit of a hassleWheelchair accessibility: same level as the pavement and no steps

Excellent staff. My daughter dropped her milkshake by accident. The staff quickly replaced it and cleaned up the mess with no fuss and a smile. Other Mac Donald’s should learn from the staff in this store.

The self service order machine had a problem with the card machines. I went to order at the main till the young gentleman was welcoming and friendly. But I had to wait a long time for my food. The meal was enjoyable.

I have just made a order with just eat and I've opened my food packaging that was sealed and again McDonalds have not given me an item which is a cadburys caramel pie this is not the first time there's items missing from my order from this branch I want my refund for this I'm trying to call the store mcdonalds north finchley and they are always rejecting the calls I mean thieving and scamming a customer is one thing but not to rectify it is another! I'm very appalled by the service from this store missing items poor customer service etc

Went there today, 14 Dec 2023, with promo vouchers to get McChickenk sandwich. They were out of McPlant, which I like, hence 4 stars. Note that the vouchers, cut out from newspaper, do not always work. Staff was knowledgeable to let me know that I can only use at a time, ie 3 vouchers 3 transactions.

Clean, comfortable and friendly service. The only negative point is that the delivery drivers always dominate the stores...most McDonald's stores so general customers are left waiting ages for their food.

So here is the thing i work for uber eats delivery i got an order today to pickup and i was waiting there almost 15 min to pick up but the order was not packed i can see that the food was ready and in front of me they served almost 10-15 customers so the thing is there is no respect to drivers all we ask is tell us how long does it take if it take long time we can cancel remember not online delivery app pays for waiting and i have a question u people served almost 10-12 customer infront of me and what and the online customers i food is ready and sitting there for long time and its going to be cold and they blame drivers in the end
Is the worst restaurant ever I had ordered twice in this week and there was something always missing when we contacted the manager was rude and not a capable person on that position ,do not know how to handle the situation keep running out of the place with some silly reason , I ordered on delivery throughout mc app when it arrived the bag was fully sealed and the item was missing so the manager says it was not our fault you need contact uber this is so ridiculous

If I could give 0 stars I would. The last 3 orders we have done through mcdonalds app, delivered by uber eats has items missing. How can a simple job packing a bag with food go so wrong? We have now been told that we aren't entitled to a refund. Mcdonalds and Uber eats have basically stolen from us!
