On a busy Friday at lunchtime, 2 people serving is woefully inadequate. Waited an age to get served as the 2 staff were busy fulfilling online orders. Waited nearly 20 minutes to get the drink once I placed my order. Nice refurbishment, but the service let's it down.

The new design of the store is quite nice, but unsure why the collection area and tills have been swapped around. I walked in and there was no clear queue of people with some queuing towards the front door (as used to be the case) and some queuing towards the back of the store. I’d recommend some floor marking or barriers to show which way to queue so it’s clear whether to head to the back of the store or queue in the usual direction

Much better service than after my last visit a few months ago; it's been updated inside and the staff are much more switched on.

It is a pity that you come for a coffee and a nice atmosphere but you only find a place with a lack of hygiene, look at the bathrooms, they are disgusting, it was very unpleasant… I was here at 1pm and it was not very crowded to think that there was movement. Lack of quality control in the cleaning of the place.

The location is clean. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The coffee was excellent.

Long long line, long waiting time to have the order, and almost no places to sit (close sitting area)

What’s the point of ordering 10 mins ahead on the app and still having to wait another 10 minutes to collect your drinks ? Not the first time at this Starbucks, serious improvement needed.

Don't come here if you are in a hurry. Minimum waiting time is 15 minutes. Everything else is good.

absolutely disgusted!!went today and there were loads of dead bugs near the window area. Took them decades to come and clean it but there is severe insect issues. The lady told me to not take pictures which seems irresponsible of them as they are trying to be implicit about the situation. HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE

Starbucks North Finchley: Manager and her crew made a mistake in my order and missed a muffin, when I went back to them to double check what happened to my item, they realised THEY HAVENT CHARGED me by mistake, yet, no apologies and the way they treated me was like I’m looking for free stuff while I had already bought 4x coffees and 2x sandwiches so paying for a muffin wasn’t a big deal,Horrible customer service and soooo rude, Viktorria told me she had passed a customer service course too, love to know what she learned there! For what I was charged for, I deserved a proper customer service.

Coffee is always awful. Over roasted and tastes like cigarettes. Service was friendly, but there was no major line yet the staff took ages to make the drinks. Only go to Starbucks as a last resort when no other coffee shop available.

Staff is really kind, pleasant and knowledgeable. I feel like the coffe is actually better than in other stores. I always feel welcomed here.

Most of the workers are constantly coughing and not wearing masks, and it's covid and flu season! But I turned a blind eye to this until I discovered that I myself was infected, and I have no doubt that this happened in your store, even though you will tell me that this cannot be proven. But why do you allow sick employees to serve customers? Why doesn't the manager care that employees are potentially dangerous to customers, especially from risk groups? Terrible service.
