So stingy with the fillings that even though I got most veggies in it the sandwich looked like it had nothing in it. Their machine for using your points is never working and they don't take most vouchers. I'm going to different branches from now on as there is always some issues with this one. The staff were polite, just management issues it seems.

Subway is famous for fresh vegetables and in North Finchley branch if you ask for anything they put it very less than normal for example if you ask for onion they put 1 tiny bits of onion and if you ask for more they put another tiny one and they act like it’s a lot but at the end you can’t find any vegetables in your sandwich. It’s a second time I’m coming here and it’s really disappointing.Dietary restrictions: Please train your staff correctly

Subway's standards have deteriorated; the sandwich maker literally counted ? the number of vegetables, olives and jalapenos in the sandwich; this is not to be expected from Subway. In addition, no appropriate sauces were available, and mustard sauce was missing ?. Very dry sandwich completely turned me off. Most shocking was that the sandwich maker touching the cash machine while making a sandwich absolutely no Food Hygiene ??. Never coming back...????

I still can’t believe what I saw today: the person serving me was wearing gloves, then got my payment in cash without taking off the gloves. I couldn’t believe he was going to carry on making the other sandwiches without changing his gloves, however, he did. I had to stop him saying: excuse me, are you going to touch my children’s food wearing the same gloves you just used to handle cash ??????? He then said: do you want me to change it ? NO FOOD HYGIENE at all!

Very good service from the 2 ladies working here today. I went in with vouchers and they explained that they weren’t valid in that specific store, but they explained their deals and helped me get something that was almost of equal value.Only 4 stars as the salad filling in my sub was quite stingy. I asked for ‘a bit of everything’ and I think they took it literally - ie. a small sprinkle of each thing - that’s not what I meant ? I meant I was happy to have all the salad.Anyway I would definitely return, due to the great service provided. Premises was clean and food looked fresh.
