I’ve been there a couple of times now and I can definitely recommend. Great local pub, welcomes the new public very well. Here me out, you will find everything in there, from football/boxing to DJs on sat night, pool tables, TASTY FOOD, fair decent price. Bust stop in front of the place, very easy to find!Honestly it worth checking. We had the best service from Heidi ⭐️

Popped in for drinks and a meal with friends. Unfortunately they were offering a reduced menu due to staffing issues in the kitchen. We were served by Rob who literally threw the food on the table. Clearly he was having a bad day! Been loads of times and staff are really good, so we felt let down on this occasion.

Saturday the 9th September, I went to theTally Ho for lunch. The lady serving behind the bar was very miserable and unprofessional. No eyes contact, not smiling. She literally walked away when I was talking to her about my table number. Not pleasant at all. I tried to give a feedback to the manager but ever the manager did not care about it. Not sorry, nothing! This pub used to have a better staff and great customer service. Not anymore!Very poor service and sad staff.

Such a great fun filled place to meet friends. Alert staff ready to serve a cool fresh pint as soon as you walk in. Tables cleared and the wonderful wafts of freshly prepared cooked steaming hot food. Definitely worth a visit ?

Great place for food, nice to see modern vegetarian options, nice atmosphere they did request for music which was nice, Johnny the manager also recommended where to go afterwards and even called us a taxi as we were a group of 12. Good place for a pre drink ticks every box!

Rainy ☔️ afternoon in London ?? called for a quick stop ? few pints ? and snack ? at The Tally Ho in North Finchley! Was greeted by the lovely Dionne who helped me find a spot to keep my wet ? brolly ? as I dried off watching tennis ? on the HUGE TV ? I enjoyed my (many) strongbow darkfruits ? poured by Shai and gobbled up my dry roasted peanuts! Gold stars ? to the whole team today ? superb friendly service will definitely be back again soon hopefully when the sun ? is out so I can sit in the beer ? garden? Thanks to Daniel as well for giving me accurate directions to the nearest tube ? station ? as I was leaving.

Went to watch the Wimbledon matches. Watched Alacraz progress to the final 8 and ordered a kg of wings to eat whilst he played. Spent about £50 on food and drinks and well worth the value. Have a huge screen wall comprised of 4 tvs to make a giant picture. Great for sports.

Visited my friend after playing football in Barnet. He bought me dinner and a drink and I ordered our second round. Not bad at just under a tenner for two pints in North London. Had sky sports news on and was a great atmosphere.

Normally love visiting; recently we have experienced no red wine and yesterday, bitter. The drinks menu now only shows fancy cocktailsWhat is The Tally Ho trying to do?31 May 2023....we were at the Tally Ho last evening. The young staff are helpful and friendly, as always. However, the problems with lack of wine and choice of beers continues. There is a great shortage of red wine; two bottles had tiny amounts in them and no more bottles in stock. Only three of the six beer pumps were available. We used to be able to get Echo Falls red, Jam Shed red and various others. We like the Tally Ho very much, so it is a great shame that you don't seem to have the variety of wines and beers that you used to have. Please can you find out what is happening here?

Rudest bar tender ever. When cleaning the table, she wiped all the ash on my boyfriends lap, then messed up our order by not telling the kitchen to remove the cheese from my boyfriends burger (whose lactose intolerant). When we asked for it to be remade she scoffed loudly and walked away, 30 seconds later she brought it back and we saw the cheese was scrapped off the chicken - the kitchen didn’t remake it and expected a cold burger with cheese still on it to be okay to give even though it’s an allergen. We asked the waitress to speak to the manager and she never even told her what was going on, so we had to go up to the bar after waiting 10 minutes to request to speak to the manager who sorted out our requests. It’s sad because I really do enjoy coming here but the service is so bad recently I can’t deal with it anymore. New staff is needed 100%.
