“I always had very positive experiences at this take away shop in terms of their services and good quality food. However; on 03/11/24 I bought a whole grilled chicken and it was not a top quality chicken. When I arrived the restaurant they said fresh chicken was being cooked and I was very happy. But when I reached home , I realised that the chicken was not fresh as they said. Its skins looked different and shirked, and tasted a bit unusual. This is just one off so I can’t blame them..l have been a customer of this takeaway for many years and this is the only time I had a negative/ unpleasant experience with their food. Otherwise I always enjoyed their food and service.”
