Late delivery 30mins late. Got it cold n rang two time to chase my order n third time I complained. My pizza cold! Put in oven to heat up..Second time this has happened.Rang at 8.10pm as that was delivery lastest time for my pizza delivery via just eats. I was told to hold the guy put me on hold then came back saying driver just going out should be 10-15 mins. At 8.25 rang and was told very busy. Asked if my pizza will be delivered hot guy said warm. Its below the standards you come to expect from Papa Johns. The staff are often at the back when you walk in and are in a relaxed mode. I know it's a take away but you expect a little bit of hospitality and perhaps the feeling they want to serve you

Ordered a XL create your own pizza. Got what I paid for but ingredients wern’t fresh, had to spit out a few mouthfuls of rotten bacon.The sauce is always wrong. I want garlic & herb and receive special garlic everytime. I wish we had a dominos in Northolt.
