Terrible customer service. The African lady is very mouthy, unmotivated and lazy. When asked politely, she rudely refuses to do a basic check to confirm if a pasty is warm or confirm when the last batch was baked. Where does Greggs find its employees?

Extremely bad customer service. Felt very uncomfortable by a member of staff when being served (tall man with glasses and a cap). Will not be returning to store.

Greggs at Stratford City Westfield. Staffs are extremely rude. Especially the Asian pregnant girl. They never say thanks,sorry or please. They don't even talk to you politely. They never ask you,how would you like your tea or coffee. Very sad.They just ruine your day.

Staff are lazy and unmotivated. Large queues with 1 person serving with little savy. Others hiding around the back. A regular occurrence i'm afraid. Clear lack of management meaning the customer service is dredfull.This is not the standards set in the North East and clearly as issue at this store.

I use this Greggs every now and again. They often seem very very busy and customers appear very demanding. I can see they are trying their best. 1 lady in particular always seems to be keeping the calm, I made note of her name. Ann/AnnMarie. She is very helpful and pleasant and seems to manage customer queries very well. Thank you team.

Today one of the staff named Anna was very rude, shouting at customers, looking unstable mentally. Worst experience ever in a Greggs branch. Another lady named Linda at the till doesn't have the base for the english language.this place needs urgent improvement, at least a smile on their face would be a significant change.
Well if u want to wait long that 5mins that a staff .walk off for change over but didn't wait for the staff to take her off before leaving the till as its was busy- 1 ? not plus

Was wrongly given the dead animal meat version of the Vegan Sausage, Bean and CheeZe Melt by a young asian male staff member which i purchased for first time at Greggs bakery in the Westfield Stratford City Shopping Centre, London E20 1EH on the 28/05/22. Needless to say after i bit into it i spat it out threw it in the bin and ? felt very ill. I am absolutely disgusted with Greggs and if i could give this review 0 stars i would a big ? will have to do. Avoid this disgraceful chain bakery especially if your Vegan!

Was missing one item from my order so I called them. I talked with a lovely lady who was a big help and really made our day. We got our missing item and some plus sweet treats as well. Thank you so much for being so nice and helpful! The food was really delicious! Definitely going to order more!

I always visit any of Greggs’ branches to have the vegan sausage roll. The vegan festive bake is also nice. The vegetable bake wasn’t that good.

This shop is probably the worst laid out greggs I’ve ever been to. Instead of two stupid lines with unevenly serviced queues, why not buy pull strip bollards and snake them across the forecourt creating one long, fair queue system… we are in Britain - we enjoy a fair queue
