Was missing one item from my order so I called them. I talked with a lovely lady who was a big help and really made our day. We got our missing item and some plus sweet treats as well. Thank you so much for being so nice and helpful! The food was really delicious! Definitely going to order more!
Like the food sold. The tea was very hot, but delicious. Really hit the spot. The pizza I bought was very moreish. I could have had another one, but I'm trying not be a glutton. The condiments counter could do with a wipe or two every now and then though.

I use this Greggs every now and again. They often seem very very busy and customers appear very demanding. I can see they are trying their best. 1 lady in particular always seems to be keeping the calm, I made note of her name. Ann/AnnMarie. She is very helpful and pleasant and seems to manage customer queries very well. Thank you team.
