Grabbed a ‘Billionaire’s Sundae’, which contains vanilla ice cream, some crispy choc, hazelnut, salted caramel sauce and a shortbread.It’s a generous amount and was really tasty too.The ice cream was really creamy and the little bits of crispyness with the hazelnut give a good variety of flavours without being overbearing.Customer service was polite and efficient, even in the face of a busy weekend day.

i got sent a £5 birthday gift voucher to spend in the store. i didn’t quite understand the context of it so i went to the branch in Canary Wharf and the staff there were really rude. instead, i came here as i still had questions and i was assisted by Reshma. this was my first time buying from this store and i’ve recieved really good customer service. Reshma helped me in choosing the best chocolate for me as i didn’t know which one to pick from. she was so friendly, positive, supportive and very helpful. she communicated really well and she kept really good eye contact with me. she’s made the customer service 10x more better because she also added in her personal recommendations. i hope to come back in a few weeks.

The shop assistant was very nice and efficient. I had their lovely ice-cream of gods. Because it's where it's not too busy compared to other areas in the mall, it's quite pleasant to visit this shop.

You don’t have to spend a lot of money when you come in here, but this little shop, tucked in at the lower ground floor of Stratford Westfield is the crown jewel of the entire shopping complex. They have a terrific selection of chocolates.
Wide variety of products but bit of a confusing layout as to where the sale items are and where specific products should be. Quite narrow walkways so not very wheelchair accessible, especially if shop is busy. Prices have increased significantly which makes purchases harder to justify.

Amazing place to come I have tried the chocolate before I was not aware they had a shop after visiting the shop assistant Lilly guided me through the chocolate selections, amazing customer service, highly recommended.

You can't go wrong with a hotel full of chocolat and not chocolate (no pun intended). Here, chocolate becomes chocolat, with a certain flair and chicness to it, you'd think there's really a difference. Really succulent chocolat, so even though chocolate isn't my thing, I don't mind Hotel chocolat ?

Love hotel Chocolat shame they offer discounts on hot drinks almost every one doesn’t serve them lolz they all have ice cream machines not that it’s a so big atm just need to think about it colder weathers coming up and a hot cup of chocolate is bliss!!
