It was quick to shop here, crowded as it's the Christmas rush also the outlet it small; but convenient.Prices are moderate and good selection.I only went here for a colleagues gift card!One of the best gift card designs I must say?

Grabbed a ‘Billionaire’s Sundae’, which contains vanilla ice cream, some crispy choc, hazelnut, salted caramel sauce and a shortbread.It’s a generous amount and was really tasty too.The ice cream was really creamy and the little bits of crispyness with the hazelnut give a good variety of flavours without being overbearing.Customer service was polite and efficient, even in the face of a busy weekend day.

i got sent a £5 birthday gift voucher to spend in the store. i didn’t quite understand the context of it so i went to the branch in Canary Wharf and the staff there were really rude. instead, i came here as i still had questions and i was assisted by Reshma. this was my first time buying from this store and i’ve recieved really good customer service.
