Unfortunately, I am unable to put in zero stars.Made the mistake from ordering from this cowboy outfit. Food late, and cold. The fries were undercooked, limp, low portioned and cold.I also have concerns about their food hygiene. If you like substandard and cold food, then this is your place!

Do not eat from here! Food was delivered stone cold...wrong items...chicken was way too spicy to even eat! You'll just be wasting your money! Order from Morleys instead!

Waited 2 hours I live 10 minutes away when I received my order all the food was cold to the point of frozen I called the restaurant and the manager keeps putting the phone down on me please do not waste your money AVOID AVOID

Bought a chicken meal tonight and the chips where obviously fried in the oil they used to fry spicy chicken or the cheese bites, the chios burning my mouth with a hot spice , couldn't eat the meal as mouth on fire ,never eat there againDietary restrictions: I can't eat hot spicey good so when I bought chips and as oil not clean the chips spicey way too hot with spice they burnt my mouth

I have visited Chicken cottage Orpington yesterday afternoon , I must say that their Grilled fillet burger is the best that I have ever had, staff were friendly and the shop was very cleaned. I will be going back again.Parking: Free parking on Sundays and after 6pm anyways, but there are many places to park during day time as well
