I have visited Chicken cottage Orpington yesterday afternoon , I must say that their Grilled fillet burger is the best that I have ever had, staff were friendly and the shop was very cleaned. I will be going back again.Parking: Free parking on Sundays and after 6pm anyways, but there are many places to park during day time as well
Usually they're food's not bad, it's just the service that ruins it. I STOOD IN THAT SHOP FOR OVER 10 MINUTES WAITING TO BE SERVED, I saw they were busy so I waited until they could come to the till, they made eye contact with me but completely ignored me and served another customer who practically just walked in, I was so annoyed and walked out, So rude and unprofessional, didn't even bloody say to wait or anything ?
