One of our children became ill when we were there and we felt awful and wanted to clean up after them. the service workers were quick to help and told us not to worry about it they would that care of the mess. We can't thank them enough for their kindness.

Pretty useless especially for delivery! Ordered through just eat and only the drinks and mcflurry came, lucky the delivery driver was lovely and went back to get our food. Unfortunately as usual the food was stone cold!McDonald's Orpington never used to be this bad! Even when I sit in I've more often than not had cold food and item's missing.The staff need to focus on customer service and actually serving hot food and getting the orders right!

Almost every time we order something is missing or wrong.Ordered breakfast for delivery through the app and 4 different drivers cancelled because of a delay at the restaurant. By the time a courier was finally able to pick it up, it was an hour after I originally placed the order. It was delivered 45 mins later than the first estimated time

Kids love McDee. spacious, clean and very well maintained. Lately, it has become a place for teenagers to fight which is not a good sight for small children. 3 star for atmosphere because of teenagers getting into physical fight inside and outside
