Woefully under-managed, and completely unable to cope with how busy they get. I have seen dead people move faster, and with more focus, than some of the staff working here. Makes no difference if you order on the app, or order in branch - you get the same slow service.
Took my son and 9 of his friends as part of his 6th birthday celebrations.I visited a couple of weeks ago just to give them the heads up and to see if a couple of tables could be reserved/ cake be left etc as we were going to cinema first. Went back on the morning to drop off cake and just to confirm that all was still ok- the manager (didn't catch the name, sorry) had it in her diary and was expecting me ?The staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble- they cordoned off...read full review

Food is consistent and as expected for McDonald's. Generally it is very clean and the staff are helpful.Parking: Up to 3 hours free parking is available in the Tesco car park opposite.
