I am a regular customer with Café Nero.I love their environment and lovely customer service. They are very professional and kind.The space is very clean. They give you your order with a humble manner. Would highly recommend.Their coffee ☕ is just so lovely.Beautifully served.?They will take your order with smile and greet. ? I have been a customer for now 10 years.Just lovely and great ?This time I would give the high rate for the professionals that serves, Cherice, Klaudia,Sunil,Alex,Warsame,Nicola and Mariusz.It's a wonderful team.Would highly recommend.?

Catch up with a friend and decided on Nero’s. I don’t drink coffee and find it impossible to get a decent cup of tea when out. I can honestly say this was just like making it at home. I always carry a tea bag with me in case but no need for it here. I had a Earl Grey cuppa and it was lovely. We sat for hours and it was warm and comfy.

I was served by a rude customer that provided me a very low service. Avoid this cafe shop at all costs. The person name you should avoid is a female called Cherice, she is mixed race. Avoid her. She is giving the shop a bad name.

No matter how busy it is in there, the staff are always so pleasant and very polite! We grab a coffee from here a couple of times a week for some time now, and won't change to another store.

Dishwasher broken so only takeaway paper cups and takeaway bags if you wanted cake etc. ?
Lovely as always. Nero was one of my favourites. But after being served a smelly chicken and pesto lattice, I stopped going in to the one at pinner. I did enjoy the fresh selection of cake and bakery items though.

This is the second time I have been in here this month, both times dirty tables, had to ask for it to be wiped down. Cups and plates piled up on other tables, sugar all over the sofas. Won’t be visting again. They need to get there act together

Nice coffee. Slow service. Had to ask for table to be cleaned. Torn upholstery. When you pay over £3 for coffee you expect clean tables and seating without tears!

What an awful experience. I was on the queue and suddenly a group of old ladies and gentlemen started their own queue next to me as if I wouldn't exist. The waitress was looking at me and not saying anything, and kept serving the large queue of elders that made their own queue, that was extremely disappointing, because I was expecting the waitress to say something and she kept following the demanding older ladies that was on a group.Of course I left buy somewhere else.That was an extremely disappointing experience. The staff is rude and careless, the waitress was starring at me knowing that it was not the turn of these disrespectful old ladies that seem to do it on purpose. But it all happened because that waitress choose to serve them. What is wrong with the staff? Why so rude? Being older doesn't give you right to be served first without waiting on the queue.
