Lovely as always. Nero was one of my favourites. But after being served a smelly chicken and pesto lattice, I stopped going in to the one at pinner. I did enjoy the fresh selection of cake and bakery items though.
If you're here for a quick coffee then it is great.Sometimes busy (and felt understaffed) and has queues and/or is full table wise. Good for locals to have space to get some work done or have a catch up.Comparing to other Nero's I have been to, it's not the best it could be - hence if you're into good coffee, then you may be slightly disappointed. Sadly, the area is a bit deprived of good coffee shops which can force locals to go here when desperate and hence may meet your needs...read full review

No matter how busy it is in there, the staff are always so pleasant and very polite! We grab a coffee from here a couple of times a week for some time now, and won't change to another store.
