This is an absolute disgrace of a Greggs. The attitude of the staff as you walk in and get served through the way they talk to you when you ask for a certain food item that is not on display. We ordered The Festive Bake and I found it ironic that the customer service was at the other end of the spectrum, showing zero festive spirit. This company has fallen along way since the early days of the branches opening in London. Prices are going up and the quality is in free fall! Is there no quality control with the items they sell or for that matter a branch manager who looks at these reviews and addresses both the issue and the review left. The festive bake looked full and filled with festive cheer, but one bite in and the whole bake deflated like a lead balloon. I would highly recommend going to Iceland in future and purchasing the frozen versions to bake in the oven at home. Better yet when in Iceland go to the self service checkout and you are guaranteed to experience a highly level of individual customer care and service from the AI in the machine then the human in the Gregg's that served us nothing but attitude and arrogance. 0/10!

Rude lady. Doesn’t like

Counters are always empty, staff are rude and miserable. I understand it's not the most glamorous job in the world, but it's still a paid position and customer service is usually quite important. Absolutely shocking.

Learn today that this branch don't sell sausage and egg rolls, even at 10 am. Actually tho ladies behind till agreed. So was only coffee ?

I went to get a coffee from Greggs but was somewhat put off by the stressed staff member who tried to hurry me along. I couldn't see the menu as it was blocked by the plastic frosted divider between customer and till. This didn't help the situation as I had to walk around to the till area to see the board. Not the best experience but the coffee itself wasn't too bad.
Very rude staff especially the lady who is in charge. So embarrassing she starts screening on me without reason

Staff sometimes good sometimes bad. But now realised getting a bad stomach from here, pizza is sour and tuna roll bitter. Sorry guys wont be coming again.

Just pure rude. Don’t understand how they’ve kept their jobs laughing about how they’ve burned my sandwich but did they even attempt to tell me this? No. Luckily I overheard them and had to ask for another one to be made. Disgusting behaviour

Typical Greggs, someone orders a coffee, the queue grows, I put my food down because there is no one else serving.
Gotta be the rudest staff I’ve ever met in a
Get sick after food from here. Not recommended.
