I like Greegs, good value for money but I must say that customer service is very bad especially one lady Sandra or Sabrina, sorry didn't catch the name... Absolutely disgusting, very aggressive and rude... Every time when she serves me is very bad. However is lovely older lady I think her nam is Jackie... Absolutely amazing
Nice typical Greggs, but this one seems to be empty frequently. Went in around 1pm and again 4pm but hardly any food in the bakery section and sandwiches at both times? Strange. But nice staff.

I went to get a coffee from Greggs but was somewhat put off by the stressed staff member who tried to hurry me along. I couldn't see the menu as it was blocked by the plastic frosted divider between customer and till. This didn't help the situation as I had to walk around to the till area to see the board. Not the best experience but the coffee itself wasn't too bad.
