This may then be followed by: if you buy more bottles (how many??) you can have a better price (how much?). Very transparent.

Lousy staff service, I felt discriminated against and they were not able to ask me if I needed help choosing a wine. Little desire to work and the place was empty. Ans also the names of countries don't match the wines, poor organization... I recomend other places in Richmond like The good wine shop.

Well.. I was briefly heading to Westhall Road to see an old mate of mine.. He'd invited me round for dinner.. I thought Kew is wine Country so I'd better buy a bottle so when I peddled y th Majestic wine I dipped inside out of th drizzle to see what was what... I perused the shelves.. There must've been a thousand bottles on display... About 30 quid seemed to be the most common price.. I instantly knew that I'd done a wrongun and realised I shoulda gone to Sainsburys... Then the fella behind the counter appeared to offer his assistance just as I'd found a bottle for a tenner.. I said , "Yeah.. I'll have this.." but when I went to give him th money he said £13. 79...I said , "It says 9.99.."He said , "True.. I'd you buy 6 bottles..."I laughed but he was a very helpful fella.. I told him, "it's only a gesture this bottle of wine.. I'm on a ten Bob job old bike that came from the dump and I've just rode 10 miles so I can't carry 6 bottles..."He got my point straight away and came back round the counter to help me get a bottle... He definitely seemed to know his onions and was a Top fella so I'd give him a commendation and th wine he chose was a peach cos my mate and his, wife said they really liked it too... Right now I'm a bit tiddled so I thought I'd fill in your questionnaire....
