Terrible experience ordering. My order never arrived and was marked as ‘delivered’ when I had not received the order. No delivery driver was around my place and no one knocked at my door. Seems like Nando's doesn’t mind having their delivery drivers having free food and stealing customers orders. Nando’s didn’t do anything about it. I really needed that food.

Many thanks to restaurant manager, we were 5 people and he quickly sorted out the sitting issue, thank you again ?we had the same problem at Westfield nandos and after waiting almost an hour they said they are not sure when we will be able to be seated so we had decided to eat somewhere else.Kid-friendliness: My son loves this place

Good food, even though my husband's Chicken was cold. They replaced his dish immediately.Downfall is the toilets are upstairs and with a bad leg, extremely difficult to climb and come down.Service was good

Go left after getting out of Richmond station. 10 minutes walk. Its near The riverside. Riverside is only 4 minutes walk from Nando's.This Nando's branch is a small but cozy place to dine in. The food is awesome ?

Our visit to Nando’s was deeply unsatisfactory, marked by prolonged wait times, below-average customer service, and the unfortunate serving of cold and stale food. After returning our initial order, we endured another extended wait, only to receive the same subpar meal, with both the chips and chicken still cold. Frustrated, we requested a refund. Unfortunately, the manager’s response was far from accommodating; they seemed indifferent as they hurried about, eventually reluctantly providing us with our refund.

The staff were very welcoming and nice, and the food was quite tasty: we had grilled chicken and it was delicious. I will for sure come back.

This is my favourite Nandos and I visit it often. The food is always very good and the service is friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: The entire restaurant is at the top of steep stairs so very unfriendly for anything with wheels.

The best Nando's experience to date. The staff were the most attentive yet. The app wouldn't let me pay for my meal, approved in my banking app then fidnt go through. Not a problem, as card went straight through at the till. The food was cooked yo perfection andxthe service felt individualised. We felt special. Fantastic.

Extremely unprofessional staff. We ordered and paid using their barcode online system. 20 mins later we inquired where the order was. 5 mins later they brought it out and asked me to pay, again. I I informed them I had already paid using their online system. They accessed me of lying!! I showed them an SMS from my credit card company for the exact value of the order they had just brought out. Again, they refused to accept this as proof! So I showed them a Nando email receipt. Again for the exact same amount of the order. They AGAIN refused to acknowledge payment, because the receipt was 25 mins old! I informed them that the entire issue! We used their online payment system and paid for it 25 mins ago! We waited 20 mins, and had to inquire where our orders were! And now the food they just brought out was cold due to them interrogating me for 5 mins! They finally backed down and acknowledged payment but when I asked them to get me some fresh and hot food because mine was now cold they refused and said "what's wrong with the food on your plate!"At this point I had become extremely frustrated. It wasn't enough that we were accused of not paying, and then having two different forms of verification of payment, but now they were being down right vindictive and rude. I asked to speak to their manager. They disappeared. 5 mins later I went looking for them and saw the two waitresses huddled together with a third lady. When I inquired as to what the update was they literally put their hand in my face and said "SIR WE ARE HAVING A PRIVATE STAFF MEETING HERE!"At this point I let out a deep sigh and explained "I've paid for an order over 30 mins ago, using your system because you wouldn't accept us ordering in person. You didn't bring us the order after 20 mins of patiently waiting. We politely inquired and didn't complain. You brought out the order we already paid for, 25 mins ago..and then accussed us twice of not paying. Now, 35 mins later I have not eaten what I paid for,because I refused to eat cold food, and you made me wait 5 mins, and when I came to inquire about the progress you put your hands in my face and told me you're busy. You realise you are not just disrespecting me infront of my family, but are also costing me and them their time, on top of us all being hungry and having paid for something we never got. We didn't come here and pay to be treated like this"One of the waitressess now raised her voice at me so the entire restaurant could hear and shouted "sir dont disrespect me".She kept on repeating it over and over again when I then responded "you've done nothing but disrespect us in every way since we came in"I turned around, and left with my family of 7.Absolute worst experience I've ever had.

Myself and a couple of friends came here for dinner before watching a film in the Odeon next door. It was very busy for a Monday evening (busier than normal according to staff, even considering Summer Holidays). We managed to get seated after a few minutes wait. The food took a little longer due to the busyness but the manager (?) was amazing. He was so attentive and kept us informed on timings of food - he even gave us a 10 minute warning for when we’d want to leave to make the film :’) we didn’t get his name but thank you!
