Just had one of the best sandwiches, what a nice surprise! Congratulations to whoever made it, it is a 10. Absolutely perfect bread with generous poppy seeds cover, lovely Coppa, fresh salad and tomato, some paté... I wonder how it could have been better. A sprinkle of virgin olive oil perhaps... :). Well done. PAUL headquarters should be proud.

Very poor quality of service. They didn't have milk and tried to put pressure to accept things I don't want as they couldn't refund ! Big fail.

Quick service, friendly staff. But table dirty, no cutlery available. Baguettes very dry and lacked the advertised dressing, so very bland. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t revisit.

Lovely coffees, patisseries and savouries in Paul's, Richmond.Make sure you're hungry and have a treat with your coffee.

Very poor response to my customer

Love the apple tart and the coffee is excellent. It has become our favourite place for that afternoon

Don't Worry

Yum sandwiches and salad

Great coffee and hot chocolate, nice

The croissants are still good but it is looking a bit tired, the door is often hooked open so it's chilly and damp to sit inside. The chairs are noisy when dragged on the floor so it's no longer a quiet relaxing

Overrated bearing in Mind the high price to dine in and the slowness of tables being cleared. Probably why I prefer to use the independent cafés.

Went in this evening and the kid in there seemed a little annoyed by my presence rushing me to order as if he had somewhere to be when the place was completely empty lol. Learn some manners

The staff looks uninterested. The coffee and food was great. The communication is bad. I ordered a normal croissant and he gave me a different one.

Lovely staff and reliably good products with nice seasonal offerings. I'd usually go for an independent, not a chain but Paul is easily the best of the cafes along the main shopping street. Much better value than Oree, too.

While traveling through Europe, I kept seeing PAUL everywhere and finally got to stop into one...it didn't disappoint. Presented as a quick serve cafe/eatery, PAUL had wonderful bakery items, a great selection of meal options and excellent coffee! The staff were very nice as well! I kinda wish they were in the states to compete with Panera...Great option when time is short and you're looking for something to hit a spot! 4.5 if the star scale was more appropriate.

Fresh tuna mayo baguette and hot chocolate. Very nice.
