This was the first time I had purchased from a Pret-A-Manger. Paid £3.50 for a takeaway Flat White Coffee in a small cup. Sat down to drank it 3 minutes later - practically cold (the bottle of water I had been carrying around in my rucksack all day was warmer than this!!!) and I could have drank it in 2 gulps as size was so measly small.

The food at Pret is ALWAYS good...trouble is it's not just expensive but the portions are small too. I don't mind paying a higher price for good food, that's not the issue, the issue is paying more for less. I can't help feeling ripped off in Pret.Besides that food is tasty and nourishing, nutrition is on point. Coffee, best membership club bar none, if there was a Pret in Teddington I'd sign up....Richmond shop was grubby though, tray left of my table and the floor was covered in bits of popcorn....

I had a fantastic experience at this coffee shop! The atmosphere was cozy, the coffee was rich and flavorful, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I'll definitely be returning for more of their delicious brews.

High compliments to Muhammad Safwan, exemplary member of staff. My early Saturday 07:45 visit to this Pret A Manger was great, service was fast and a wide range of fresh food and pastries were already prepared. There were also very clean toilets accessible for customers. Thank you.

Work in Richmond and because I have the app I come here every day. The coffee and food is mostly good and the app makes the food prices reasonable. However, apart from two staff members the service is quite unfriendly. How you can visit an establishment once or twice a day apx 300 out of 365 days a year and not get a friendly greeting or be acknowledged as a regular customer flabbergasts me. Also they have a terrible attitude if the drink is not up to standard as I recently experienced.

This Pret sums up perfectly what London is, the staff is rude, incompetent and aggressively unattractive. I was somewhat impressed how they were able to screw up my order of black americano and then give me attitude. I hate this place with all my heart.

I didn’t eat here (I just used my pret subscription) - but the staff were really friendly and nice (and accommodating!) Both the woman behind the till and the lady making the coffee helped make my soya matcha the perfect temperature☺️ Thanks you two!! I will definitely be stopping by next time i’m in the areaDietary restrictions: everything is well labelled and the staff i’m sure are happy to help

unacceptable customer service. a south asian worker was arguing with me about my order and claimed i didn't ask for ice when in reality i did. there was a queue behind me which was being held up due to his childish and unnecessary argumentation. the attitude he was giving me when he finally decided to stop arguing was appalling. most definitely not coming back here again, as a customer i felt very undervalued. by far the worst experience i had in a pret. it's such a shame one person had to ruin my pret experience.
