Thank you for opening the back, letting us order so much, and many times. You said the service would be slow but it was surprisingly fast! Thank you so so so much , outstanding service and attitude.

My mam and I went to this pizza place on Friday and the pizza was decent overall the people and pizza was nice but my mum is lactose intolerant so she got the $hits. But since the customer service was so good the manger Amanda helped us out with clearing the toilets after me mam had the $hits and then gave us a complimentary desert. Overall great place great service will be coming to see Amanda and thank her for her help.

Had a great experience in this Pizza Hut!! There were around 20 of us and the staff were very very accommodating. Particularly Nahian - he went above and beyond to make sure our visit was special. We went to eat pizza buffet, the waiting time wasn’t too long. Staff was very professional ensuring that the place was clean and food was there and hot all the time. Children love it and said was the best day in their life ?.

The manager was shockingly rude and had terrible customer service. She left me holding a baby at the front of house and then yelled at me when I took a seat without being shown…on my birthday! I went to the Greenwich branch instead, which had much better service and was a lot cleaner. Don’t think I’ll go back to the Surrey Quays brand again.

The buffet is generally well stocked and the kids area for ice cream is generally well stocked!Service: the staff work hard and they are polite. No complaints at all.Atmosphere: it is very good. Your spicy chicken taste like dog and you take long to bring food your own workers said your food is rubbish you have to wait for so long sitting in a fridge the staff is not welcoming and lazy the staff is eating behind the counter making customers feel extra hungry

This was the worst experience I had and was not surprised that the place was empty on the sunniest day of the year. Please remember that customer service is key and make the effort to have at least one till open for people who are not digitallyfriendly and definitely won't come back.

We went for surrey quays pizza hut buffet. The buffet was a poor selection (no variation or choice) and long waiting times for food. The restaurant is dated, not well looked after and with a tacky ambience.
