Very unprofessional the lady in the store. I think her morning didn’t start well and trying to get rid of the grudge and frustration on the customers.

I don’t normally write reviews but I feel obligated to leave on for Caffè Nero in Ruislip because the staff are so so wonderful !!!! I had the misfortune of having to revise for some very important exams this summer, so most of my days were spent in Nero. The staff are so friendly and attentive, and have made my summer so enjoyable. I used to revise in the library but started coming to the cafe almost daily because the atmosphere was so relaxing and welcoming due to the lovely workers. Would 10000% recommend, and will be sad when school starts again and I can’t come everyday.Dietary restrictions: I trust no one else to provide such excellent soya lattes as the staff at caffè nero ~

I asked for a Froyo when the employee was preparing the drink I asked him if he could add somemore passion fruit mix. He said no and the employee who was training him, added we already double your measure. Why did they double the measure before i asked for? The measure is not correct or does she read minds?i told them that it was not true and I showed them the picture of froyos I had in other caffè nero. You could see that it was added more mix. My question for caffè nero is: do you prefer to have a happy customer or not? At the end I didn't have it. My husband was waiting for me and he asked for a latte, but it tasted just latte, not enough coffee.I love caffè nero when the product is good and when the service is still better. They have great staff all over the UK, but it is a pity that some of them like the one in Ruislip is not customer orientated

Good high street coffee shop (obviously similar to others in the chain), with a few snacks - cakes & sandwiches if you want a little more. The staff seem friendly & helpful, and it's always busy so I guess it's popular (and it's one of several coffee shops on the high street for people to choose from).

Decent food, friendly staff but the coffee quality is not the same. The regular size feels like a small when compared to other chains and mine came with half foam which is quite disappointing. Caffe Nero used to be one of my favourites before, but now doesn't seem like very good value for money.

Nice staff, good coffee and a dog-friendly environment

Food v greasy not get it again! The service is v doubtful , the person supposedly serving was too busy doing other things behind the counter to deal with us. Perfectly ok to keep us waiting while she did lots of minor jobs!! V annoying. It is noisy if you have the wrong crowd in there . There is no carpet or wall covering to absorb the noise - especially bad when kids are trying out there sc byreaming voices!Parking: Need to park in car park at either end of Ruislip high st. There is street parking but it is v limited and the road has buses and skip lorries passing by!

Cafe Nero in Ruislip is a fantastic spot for a quick bite or a leisurely coffee break. The customer service is top notch - the staff are friendly and attentive, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that your experience is a pleasant one. The menu offers a great selection of sandwiches, pastries, and hot drinks, all of which are prepared with care and attention to detail. Overall, I highly recommend Cafe Nero in Ruislip for anyone looking for a great cup of coffee and excellent customer service.

Disappointed to have coffee served in paper cup and panini in a paper bag. Will not be returning.

Geenius One

One of the quieter Nero's. Which helps when you need a spot to relax or concentrate
